Bio
Formed in Los Angeles in 2018, Sik Sik Sicks are fronted by Madd Lucas alongside Max Lucas (bass), Kieran Moore (guitar), and Jackson Gallo (drums). The band blends massive hooks with sharp songwriting, turning heartbreak, politics, celebrity culture, and everyday hypocrisy into songs that are as catchy as they are confrontational.
One minute they’re tearing apart a breakup, the next they’re poking holes in authority, cancel culture, or the performance of modern life. Sik Sik Sicks don’t care if your feelings get hurt. Their songs are built on dark humor, sharp observations, and saying the things most people are too afraid to say.
Since releasing their debut EP Homecoming Whore, the band has followed with their full-length album Rejected. Dismissed. Declined., collaborated with punk legends the Dwarves on multiple recordings and music videos, and performed at legendary Los Angeles venues including the Whisky a Go Go and The Wiltern. Whether onstage or on record, the band delivers songs with huge hooks, sharp lyrics, and zero interest in playing it safe.
